Thinking of having a cleaner?
With every new domestic clean we would always recommend an initial deep clean of your property to ensure all cleaning duties are brought up to standard and can then be managed here after. Cleaning is, in essence a never-ending task and this is one of the main reasons why many cleaning areas are often forgotten about, never tackled or simply sit in what we class as ‘unknown to you’ such as limescale and mould.
Pricing:
We charge per clean, set bands, based on the size of the property and not per hour as our core focus is to ensure that all cleaning duties are attended to. We are here to work to a high standard & not clock watch. The ultimate goal is to provide an amazing service and clean to an exceptional standard with each & every visit.
With all new clients we would always reccomend a ‘Triple Clean’ to start with, with the aim of achiving a deep clean standard within 1-3 visits here after, which can then be maintained. This also ensures our work is symbolic of the exceptional standard that we work to.
Meet-and-greet:
We will always come out to your property in order to meet with you and see your property as the size & number of furnishings & ornaments plays a key part in the time it takes to clean your home. Once we have arranged a date & time & meet with you in person, we will be in a position to provide you with a price for your weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean.
Products & Euipment:
All prices include products & equipment, therefore all that’s left for you to do is grant us access to your property whether that be whilst you are working from home, by providing us with a key, safe lock code or advising of a ‘safe place’.
Service:
All cleans are conduted in teams of 2, this is to reduce the time on site. However, on occasions you will be allocated a single cleaner. Our cleans average between 2 & 7 hours, therefore a 7 hour clean would equate to a 3.5 hr clean, with two cleaners on site.

Another reason to meet each and everyone of our clients ahead of quoting is to ensure that you feel comfortable with the person you choose and ultimately, invite into your home to take of your cleaning needs. We truly believe a great relationship is built on trust & communication, therefore by meeting each & every potential client in person, can only support this. It also adds a ‘personal touch’ to our service, which we believe goes a long way.
- All furniture wiped down & polished (we do not clean inside cupboards / draws)
- Kitchen cupboard doors, tops & base to wall units , draw tops & plinths degreased & washed
- Wash and wipe over of hob and cooker hood. A deep clean of your kitchen appliances are charged separately; oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hob & cooker hood
- Full descale of all taps to your bathrooms, shower head and in particular your shower cubicles. A deep clean of all grouted areas in particular where this has discoloured and turned yellow.
- Lights / ceiling roses dusted and wiped clean
- Curtain poles, tops of curtains, coving, corners of all rooms dusted down, removing all cobwebs
- Vents & fans dusted down, removing all cob webs
- Venetian and roller blinds dusted and wiped clean
- Wash and wipe over of all internal windows. A deep clean of all windows internally and externally inclusive of channels is charged separately.
- Backs and underskirts of radiators dusted down and radiator fronts wiped clean
- Internal doors & window sills wiped clean
- Skirting boards dusted and wiped clean
- Architraves, additional woodwork dusted and wiped clean
- Deep clean behind bedside tables / side tables of furniture hoovered and dusted (we do not move wardrobes, double beds, corner sofas due to their weight, smaller items will of course be moved)
- Wall hangings dusted & wiped over
- UPVC / Composite doors & thresholds wiped down (internally)

- Mopping of all hard floors

- All bins emptied and cleaned out
- All glass doors and mirrors polished
- Window sills dusted & wiped over
- Oven, cooker hood, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer & microwave deep cleaning
- Carpet cleaning

- Internal window clean inclusive of UPVC, glass and channels
- External cleaning; window, fascias & soffit cleaning & gutter clearance
